Class Descriptions

Hot Yoga: All Level Yoga performed in a heated studio slightly above body temperature. This allows deeper stretching, release of toxins from the body, and promotes weight loss. Come to class dressed lightly and well hydrated.Mats, towels and water are all available to buy, or rent in the boutique.

Core Power Yoga: An intense power yoga flow with a heavy concentration on building core strength, endurance, flexability concentration and weight loss. This class is taught in a heated room. Be prepared to detoxify the body, mind and soul. Previous experience recommended.

Yoga Basic Flow: A slow flow introductory level for both beginners and seasoned yogis who want to get back to basics. This class introduces the fundamental principles of breath, alignment and key postures (asanas). Meditation and breathing techniques are introduced.

Beginner / Intermediate  : A well rounded flowing class that bridges the transition from beginner to intermediate level. This class includes basic postures with the options to go deeper. Some inversions and advanced postures are introduced. ( Non Heated & Heated)

All level Flow : All level moderately paced class linking movement with breath, along with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques). Move at your own pace and honor your body mind and soul. Adjustments and modifications for all levels are offered. (Non Heated & Heated)

Tween yoga: ages 9 & up

Kids Yoga : ages 5 & up 

Promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem. Children are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a fun-filled way!  Basic poses and stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.
Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment, through interactive games, dancing, and fun animated postures.

Buddha Baby – Mommy & Me Yoga – Tuesdays 11-11:45am 
A unique class that brings yoga & play together to nurture the bond between parent & child while helping you get back into shape. Suitable for babies 8 weeks – 12 months. Classes will include asanas to help with posture & core strength, as well as calming restorative time. Learn baby yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion and assist in motor development. Dads welcome too! All levels.

Toddler/Preschooler & Parent Yoga – Thursdays 11-11:45m 
A fun and engaging environment to introduce toddlers and preschoolers to yoga, best for ages 18 months -4 years old. Classes incorporate music, games, & songs as well as puppets & stories while we learn about yoga & our bodies. A great way to introduce age-appropriate poses for younger children, using our imaginations to embody various animals and objects. Learn how we play yoga while we moo in cow pose, meow in cat pose, walk like giraffes and stretch like tigers. Every week is a new adventure! This class also introduces a brief relaxation.  

Community Yoga: All level donation based class .Proceeds go towards local causes.

Meditation & Pranayama : 30 minute guided meditation class open to the public.
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health. And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and can even improve certain medical conditions.

Prepare for Class:
Arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to class, giving yourself enough time to park, sign in, set-up, and relax on your mat before class begins!
Yoga mat, which are available to rent or purchase in our boutique.
Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. 
Avoid eating heavily before class time.
Kindly leave cell phones outside studio space.
Kindly remove your shoes before entering the studio.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes or heavy scents.
If you need to leave class early for whatever reason just let the instructor know before class starts. When leaving, try to do so quietly as not to disturb the other yogis.
